Shipping Policy

At Sufi Spice , we understand the importance of affordable and convenient shipping for our valued customers. That's why we have implemented a flat-rate shipping policy for orders within the States and NT, ensuring that you can enjoy our products without excessive shipping costs. 

With flat-rate shipping, you can take advantage of combining multiple products into a single order without worrying about increasing shipping fees. This allows you to maximize your purchasing power and get more value for your money

Please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled during the holidays.

Once you place your order on sufispice.com.au, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have questions about your order, please call us immediately at 0293 367510. Once your order has been placed, it may no longer be eligible for change or cancellation.

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post flat rate shipping. Orders are packed up and shipped within 24 hours and then reach their destination 3-6 business days after the date of shipment. Flatpacks and orders over $49 always ship free to destinations within Australia. Non-flatpack orders under $49 ship for $9.95. 

During the holiday rush, please allow additional time for your order to be shipped. During non-holiday times, you can expect your order to be fulfilled in 1-4 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email or text with tracking number.

Sufi cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking number provided, we recommend that you first carrier to inquire further.

Return Policy

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on grocery products. If we make an error, we will automatically replace items. However, if a customer ordered and received what they ordered, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cannot be returned.

A few days or so after you order, you will get an email from us asking how we did. If your spices are not amazing, then please let us know. If a jar broke, a bag came open, or an item is missing, then please say so. Pictures are especially helpful so we can learn from our mistakes.
